- To return a product: You must first notify us and indicate in your personal space that you will return your product Oro Tempo.
Then, you have to go to deposit your product and its box (in a perfect state) in a jeweler having the label "Best Jeweler". The list of participating shops can be found here (place link of the map).
This return is free if you return your product in your jewelry store service. This return is paid if it is a different jewelry (amount to be defined).
If you can not remember what jewelry is your point of service, it is visible in your personal space next to your purchase.
After having deposited your product in your service point, you will receive a confirmation email. This will also be indicated in your personal space.
- Deadline: Your Oro Tempo product can be returned free of charge to the jeweler before the 14th legal day. After this time, it is no longer possible to return the product.
- Refund: Your refund will be made as soon as validated the good condition of the returned product and its box. You will be refunded maximum after 30 days end of month (formula to change).
- Bad products or bad sizes: It is necessary to go to a jewelery store with the label "Best Jewelers" to notice the error. It is better to go to the jewelry store which is your point of service. This one will be the best to help you. The necessary will be done on site.
