- To return a product: You must first notify us and indicate in your personal space that you will return your product. Simply log in to your orotempo account:
https://www.orotempo.be/profile, click on the product you wish to return and follow the instructions. You have to return your product in its original packaging (in a perfect condition) at a jeweler with the label "Best Jeweler". The list of participating shops can be found here https://www.orotempo.be/jewelleries.
You can return the items at your own expense at your service point or return them in person. In case you return your product at your chosen service point, the return is free. However, if you return the product at a different store than your service point a fee must be paid. If you cannot remember which jeweler is your service point, you should check your personal space at your profile. Here you can find it next to your purchase.
After you returned your product at your service point, you will receive a confirmation email. This will also be indicated in your personal space.
- Deadline: A return request must be submitted within 14 days of the date of purchase. After this time, it is no longer possible to return the product.
- Refund: Your refund will be made after confirming the good condition of the returned product and its packaging. The amount will be refunded at the latest 30 days after the end of the month.
- Faulty products or incorrect size: It is necessary to go to a jeweler with the label "Best Jewelers" to report the error. It is best to go to the jeweler which you chose as your service point. The necessary arrangements will be made at the jeweler.
