When ordering the product, you are offered two options:
(1) you can have the product delivered to the address you provided
(2) you can have the product delivered to a jeweler of your choice.
You can change the delivery address (and / or billing address) until the order is confirmed. Regardless of whether you have the product delivered to the jeweler, you can indicate a service point of your choice. Here you have the opportunity to choose from the nearest jewelers that we offer you on the website based on your geographical location or for a jeweler of your choice.
You will then be redirected to the payment of the item, where the ordering process is completed by a secure payment method. You will receive a confirmation of your order once the payment has been received.
You can track the progress of your order at any time on your account via: orotempo.be. Throughout the process you will receive e-mails about the status of your order.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, the product will be delivered within 48 hours. Please be advised that if you have provided a personal address for delivery and there have been three failed delivery attempts to the provided address, the parcel will be sent to the selected Jewelry Store. A confirmation email will follow and inform you that the parcel can be picked up at the store.
In the event of visible defects of the product, you must notify us in writing within 2 calendar days of receipt of the product.
If the product does not meet your expectations, you can submit a return request until 14 days after receiving the product. When you return an item, you must do so within the statutory period and in its original state. Only items that are purchased through the website, are unworn and are returned in its original packaging, can be taken back. We urge you to indicate the reason for the return to allow us to make future changes to the platform.
When returning a product, you have two options: (1) you bring the product to the jeweler that you indicated as service point in your order or (2) you send the product back to the pre-established address at your own expense.
